Thanks to his managerial and professional competence, he controls the quality of food and drinks served, providing customers with a high-level service, in line with the establishment’s image and reputation.

In this location, ideal for every “traveler” who, besides satisfying the sense of smell and taste, also desires to delight in sight and touch, an event will be organized by Luigi Russo himself, in collaboration with the Chef, the Maitre, and the Sommelier, the first of a series of events, focused on good food and good wine.

It all starts on Thursday, July 16, 2020, with an excellent menu, featuring Tasca Conti d’Almerita, a family that has been taking care of a large “estate with vineyards” in the heart of Sicily since 1830, in the Doc Contea di Sclafani: here at Regaleali, in 1959, Count Giuseppe Tasca d’Almerita planted Perricone and Nero d’Avola vines, investing in a future that few Sicilians could imagine at that time.
